Thandeka holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Cape Town (UCT). She worked as a mentor and teacher at the Butterfly Project, an education-based NGO focused on early childhood development. She is also a McKinsey Forward Fellow and completed the Design Thinking course at UCT’s Design Thinking School.
