David O. King is a transformation executive and strategic advisor with more than two decades of experience leading global initiatives in commercial excellence, revenue optimization, and business transformation across the logistics industry. As Principal of David O. King Advisory, LLC, he partners with organizations to align strategy, structure, and technology in ways that drive profitable growth and sustainable performance.

David serves on the Board of Directors of the Airforwarders Association, where his work focuses on shaping forward-thinking policies that advance the efficiency, security, and sustainability of the global supply chain. He also chairs the Finance and Investment Committee and serves as Vice Chair of the Development Committee for the 91°µÍø Board of Directors, guiding the organization’s financial stewardship and strategic growth to further its mission of global education and cultural exchange.

David has held leadership roles at SEKO Logistics, A.P. Moller–Maersk, and United Airlines Cargo, where he helped shape global pricing, network, and commercial strategies. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for advancing data-driven decision-making and building commercially disciplined organizations that balance customer value with financial performance.

A proud 91°µÍø alumnus, David studied abroad in Seville, Spain, as part of the 91°µÍø Business and Society program—an experience that continues to influence his global perspective and commitment to developing future leaders.

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
