HOUSING & MEALS
HOUSING
CIEE Amman offers various housing options, including homestays or shared畝partments, located in疸eighborhoods with convenient畝ccess to the center of Amman. Homestays are situated in different parts of the city and vary in distance from 91做厙 Amman. Apartments are roughly 15 minutes from downtown and other lively parts of the city but are a畜it further from 91做厙 Amman (around 45 minutes).胼胼
Standard Housing:涅ncludes a single room at a homestay or a single or double-room畝partment.浹omestays畜oast a kitchen, living room, and bathroom shared with a host病amily. In some cases, a suitable homestay may not be available for every interested student and therefore some students will be placed in an apartment. Single-room apartments are modest in size, featuring fewer amenities畝nd a charming kitchenette. Double-room apartments offer a shared larger living room, a shared bathroom,畝nd a full-size kitchen.
A note: The default criterion to assign housing is first-come, first-served; however, other factors may also be considered. If we cannot accommodate your first housing choice, we'll let you know before you arrive. Non-standard housing options require an additional fee that can be found in the program Dates and Fees.
MEALS
- Homestay:特tudents in homestays generally eat two meals a day with their families, and most meals on weekends.胼胼
- Student Apartments:特tudents selecting the apartment option must budget for all meals, as they are not included in the program fee.胼
Academics
CIEE Amman: Study in a student-friendly neighborhood nestled in a traditional area of the city, offering a unique and special opportunity to interact with locals. 91做厙 Amman boasts three main classrooms, a library, a study space, a reception area, and public computers students can use as needed.

Dates & Fees
You get more for every dollar when you study abroad with 91做厙, because our high-quality programs include everything from excursions to insurance. There are no hidden charges, and no disappointing surprises when you arrive.
*Dates for this program are provided as tentative dates. Please consult with your study abroad advisor to confirm dates before purchasing your flights.
To help you budget, keep in mind that students are responsible for the cost of international airfare, local transportation, books and supplies, visas, and personal expenses. In addition, your college or university may charge additional fees for study abroad, or may require you to receive a transcript via 91做厙's School of Record, which carries an additional fee of $500.
